This category recognises an organisation that has successfully delivered a significant digital transformation that has reshaped systems, processes, culture, or customer experience. Judges will look for a clear vision, strong leadership, and an evidence-based strategy that demonstrates how digital change was planned, executed, and embedded across the organisation. Entries should highlight how technology, data, or digital tools were used to solve meaningful challenges, improve efficiency, or create new opportunities for growth.

Submissions should outline the transformation journey—from initial objectives and stakeholder engagement through to implementation and measurable outcomes. Judges will consider innovation, scalability, user adoption, and the organisation’s ability to drive cultural change or upskill teams to support long-term digital maturity.

Evidence of impact is essential, such as improved performance, reduced costs, enhanced service delivery, stronger customer satisfaction, or measurable operational improvements. The winning entry will showcase a transformative, sustainable digital shift with clear, demonstrable value.

JUDGING & SHORTLISTING

A panel of independent judges will assess the applications of the nominees for each respective category. A voting process will also be implemented at the shortlist stage.

Our amazing finalist for each category will be announced in the runup to the awards evening.

The Award winners will be announced at a glittering ceremony on 19th May 2025 at The Eastside Rooms, Birmingham
